Generator
KettlebellWorkoutGenerator
Pull from the database, build a session, and tweak without starting over.
Workout Output
Review it, swap moves, and reorder.
Run the generator to see an output.
Method
What the generator actually does
KB Pro is not writing random workouts from a blank page. It builds a session from a constrained exercise catalog, format-specific rules, and the load and time limits you enter. A circuit, EMOM, complex, and WOD are not treated as interchangeable containers. Each format uses different structure logic, rest logic, and exercise sequencing.
That matters because useful training variation is bounded. The goal is not novelty for its own sake. The goal is to produce sessions that make sense when you actually train them.
Inputs
How to get better output
- Enter the bell you can control cleanly for the weakest movement in the format, not your strongest lift.
- Use shorter sessions for denser formats like EMOMs and WODs, and longer sessions for circuits or endurance work.
- If a session looks too technical for the day, regenerate rather than forcing a bad fit.
- Use the exercise library to compare movement patterns before substituting anything manually.
Use Case
Who this tool is for
KB Pro is best for people who already know they want to train and need structure fast: home gym users, general fitness trainees, and kettlebell athletes who do not want to handwrite every session from scratch. It is not a replacement for coaching, rehab, or technique feedback.
If you want to understand the logic behind the output, the exercise library and methodology pages give the supporting context. The generator is the tool; those pages explain the model.
