Hold a single kettlebell in a goblet position at chest height while standing tall. Step out laterally with one leg, lowering your hips into a lunge as you keep the kettlebell close to your chest, then return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
