Overview

Single Thread Labs LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

  • Email address and user ID to authenticate and enforce RLS.
  • Entitlement status (free or lifetime) to remove ads and unlock features.
  • Support messages you choose to send us.
  • Ad partners may collect device identifiers and usage data to deliver ads.

We intentionally minimize the data we collect. We do not store workout history or personal health information unless you explicitly provide it to us in support requests.

How We Use Information

  • Provide KB Pro, authenticate accounts, and enforce RLS.
  • Enable lifetime access features and remove ads.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Respond to support requests.

We do not use your email for marketing unless you opt in to receive updates.

Ads and Analytics

KB Pro runs ads. Our ad partners may use device identifiers and limited usage data to deliver and measure ads. We do not sell your personal information and we do not receive or store your payment information from in-app purchases.

If you purchase lifetime access, ads are removed. Some analytics data may still be collected to help us understand performance and reliability.

Data Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us run KB Pro (such as hosting, authentication, and analytics), under confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information to comply with legal requirements or protect our rights.

Security

We use standard security practices including encryption, row-level security (RLS), and hashed authentication credentials.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We work to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and protect the security of KB Pro. We store minimal account data and delete it upon verified request where feasible.

We may retain limited records as required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.

Your Choices

  • Request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.

Children

KB Pro is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Users

If you access KB Pro from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
