Agreement

By using KB Pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

Creating an account requires an email address and a user ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any activity by others who access your account with your credentials.

Purchases and Lifetime Access

KB Pro offers a lifetime in-app purchase. Payments are processed by the app store or platform where you purchase access. We do not store payment card information. Taxes, fees, and refunds follow the policies of the platform you purchased through.

Lifetime access applies to the account that completed the purchase and is non-transferable. Entitlements are validated through the app store or platform purchase systems and may require periodic verification.

Ads and Entitlements

The free experience is ad-supported. Lifetime access removes ads and unlocks additional features. All other functionality remains the same for paid and free users.

Ads may be provided by third-party networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or any offers presented in them.

Acceptable Use

• Use the service for lawful purposes only.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse KB Pro.
• Respect intellectual property and content rights.

You may not use automated tools to access the service in a way that degrades performance, nor may you attempt to bypass access controls, ads, or entitlements.

Fitness Disclaimer

KB Pro provides general fitness guidance. You are responsible for your own training decisions and should consult a professional if you have questions about your health or fitness readiness.

Use of KB Pro is at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring your environment, equipment, and physical condition are suitable for training.

Intellectual Property

KB Pro, including its content, software, and design, is owned by Single Thread Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Third-Party Services

KB Pro may integrate with third-party services such as analytics, advertising, hosting, and app stores. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

Availability and Changes

We strive to keep KB Pro available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including features available to free or paid users.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, or a violation of these terms.

You may stop using KB Pro at any time. If you delete your account, your access to paid entitlements may end unless the app store restores them.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

KB Pro is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Single Thread Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of KB Pro.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law principles.
