Begin in a half kneeling position with one knee down, holding a kettlebell in the same-side hand with a neutral grip at your side. Perform a hinge movement to hike the kettlebell between your hip and then explosively clean it to the front rack position, keeping your chest tall and core braced throughout the motion. Repeat continuously on one side before switching to the other.
