Include as much context as possible: the page you were on, the workout format you selected, the device you used, and any error message you saw. Specific reports are easier to fix quickly.

What Support Covers

  • Account access and password reset issues
  • Questions about premium access and billing status
  • Data deletion requests and privacy questions
  • Reports of broken pages, stale exercise data, or unclear copy

Before You Email

A few pages answer the most common questions directly:

Product Expectations

KB Pro is designed to generate useful sessions quickly, not to act as a live coach. If a generated session is structurally inappropriate for your equipment, ability, or readiness on a given day, do not force it. Adjust the session or skip it. Good software should save time, but training judgment still matters.

If you believe a workout is consistently producing a bad pattern at a particular load or format, that is a valuable bug report and worth sending.
