Stand tall with a kettlebell in each hand, holding them bottoms-up at shoulder level. Squat down, keeping your chest up and core engaged, then drive through your heels to stand up and press both kettlebells overhead in one fluid motion. Return the weights to shoulder level and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
