Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand and hinging at the hips to bend forward, keeping your back flat and torso almost parallel to the floor. Pull the kettlebell up toward your side by driving your elbow back, squeezing your upper back muscles at the top, then lower it slowly and repeat for the desired number of reps before switching sides.
