Explosively clean the kettlebell to the front rack position using your hips and glutes, pause briefly, then reverse the movement to bring the kettlebell back to the starting position; repeat for the desired reps before switching sides. Maintain a tall posture throughout and ensure continuous control with both legs and the working arm.
