Coaching Cues

Stand tall holding a single kettlebell by the horns in a front rack position at chest level. Step out to the side with one leg, sitting your hips back and bending that knee to lower into a lateral lunge while keeping the other leg straight, then press back to the starting position and repeat to the opposite side, alternating legs throughout the set. Maintain an upright torso and keep the kettlebell stable at your chest during each rep.
