Coaching Cues

Stand upright holding a single kettlebell in one hand by your side, keeping your core engaged and feet together. Step out to the opposite side of the kettlebell, performing a lateral lunge by bending the knee and hip of the stepping leg while keeping the trailing leg straight, then return to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of reps, maintaining a neutral grip and upright posture throughout.
