Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell by the horns at chest height. Shift your weight to one side, squatting down on that leg while keeping the other leg straight, then return to standing and repeat on the opposite side. Maintain your chest up and the kettlebell secure in the front rack position throughout the movement.
