Coaching Cues

Begin standing with your feet hip-width apart and a kettlebell on the floor between your feet. Grip the kettlebell with one hand using a neutral grip, drop into a squat, then drive up powerfully and pull the kettlebell into a front rack position at your shoulder as you extend to standing. Lower the kettlebell back to the floor under control and repeat for reps before switching sides.
